Vienna Skyline - Tribute to Anton Bruckner awaits you for a journey spanning 200 years through the masterpieces that Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, and Brahms crafted during their Viennese sojourns, skillfully blending tradition and innovation. Special attention will be given to Bruckner, one of the greatest symphonists of the 19th century, whose bicentennial birth anniversary is celebrated this year: in his honour, the opening night will also mark the festival premiere of his masterpiece, the monumental Fourth Symphony "Romantica".
The lineup will, as always, feature prominent figures from the music scene, from pianists like Emanuel Ax, Grigory Sokolov, Arcadi Volodos and Alessandro Taverna, to orchestras such as the Stuttgarter Philharmoniker, the Filarmonica della Scala, Le Concert des Nations, and the Wiener Kammerorchestrer.
This year, the festive atmosphere will accompany you all the way to summer!
