Orobica Volo Libero is an association that, since 1990, has brought together a large group of flying enthusiasts.
The Club, based in Caprino Bergamasco at the Latterraggio restaurant, organises tourist flights in a two-seater paraglider with take-off from Valcava at an altitude of 1350m.
The flight over the peaks of Valcava, between the provinces of Lecco and Bergamo, is one of the most panoramic in the area and is a perfect launch point for long cross-country flights. The thermals above Valcava’s peaks are vast and the ridge that extends up to Mount Resegone offers enchanting views. The flight site is suitable for all pilots and is usually not too crowded.
The main landing point is in the field adjacent to the Latterraggio Restaurant.
The take-off point can be reached by car or by a shuttle service that departs from the landing point.
