4 slices of provolone Valpadana D.O.P.dolce (sweet)
20 g of 00 flour
1 egg
50 g of corn flour or grated breadsticks
seed oil
salt
The procedure is very similar to the schnitzels one: you have to soak the slices of provolone in the egg (acting like glue) and then coat them with flour. After a quick frying, remove any excess oil and enjoy the cheese slices with a good glass of wine.
Dust the provolone slices with flour, put them in the beaten egg and then in the corn flout. Fry them in oil. Put them on a kitchen paper and add salt right before serving them hot.
