A single 20km long rope that encircles in a warm embrace the Presolana, the highest mountain in Bergamo. This is where more than 2000 participants will join to each other with carabiners.

The objective: Enter the Guinness World Records for the longest group of climbers roped together!

And to give this challenge even more flavour, we have created the Presolana Record Contest!

What is it? From June 30 to July 20 (scheduled for July 9, the ‘Cordata’ could be moved to the 16^th in case of bad weather), take photographs capturing the moments of the Cordata or people, animals and moments of "active life" in the mountains directly on the Queen of the Orobie and upload them onto the VisitBergamo Contest app.

By sharing your unpublished pictures - and even those slightly photo-shopped, if you want – with the hashtags #presolana and #visitBergamo, you could win two days in the mountains for two people, mountaineering courses, exciting canyoning experiences, mountain biking tours and more. 

The contest is open to everyone, of any gender, age, and background and participation is free.
