Open for nearly 30 years and still dispensing the proverbial Smile (Sorriso). Santo and Lory Manetta have completely renovated the restaurant and added new items to the menu. It aims to make the relationship with customers brighter and more transparent, creating the ideal conditions for a gastronomic journey that combines taste and well-being, local flavours and Mediterranean accents. The inspiration of young Luke, the son who is following their footsteps, is blended with tradition in dishes that have the added value of freshness, brightness, the ethical retrieval of raw materials and in their elaboration (Quality that is best appreciated in the convenient meat or fish degustation menu). They also have pizzas that are cooked naturally in a wood-fired oven which is masterfully managed. In addition to the classic shaped pizza, they use chopping boards to serve their tailor-made pizzas according to the number of diners, appetite and tastes. There are also meat dishes such sliced beef on a bed of rocket, rosemary and shaved parmesan. Wines and beers are selected with care, with the aim of proposing quality at sustainable prices.
