An immersive wellness experience along the Sentiero dei Vasi in Upper Bergamo, featuring an energy harmonization ritual. The ancient aqueduct, flowing water, and the silence of the Parco dei Colli create the ideal setting for an inner journey of balance and restoration.
Imagine starting your day by taking the funicular up to San Vigilio, as Bergamo slowly unfolds beneath you. A few steps are enough to immerse yourself in the greenery of the Parco dei Colli, ready to walk along the Sentiero dei Vasi, an ancient water route that once supplied the medieval city.
You will walk slowly, in silence, letting the sound of your footsteps and the birdsong become a moving meditation. Along the way, you will encounter the characteristic stone basins of the ancient aqueduct, still crossed today by streams of clear water. The atmosphere feels timeless, where nature and history gently intertwine.
Once you reach the designated rest area (the exact point will be shared upon booking), you will meet Carlotta, a holistic practitioner, waiting for you. Here, immersed in the forest near a spring or a panoramic viewpoint, you will begin the practice together:
– Guided meditation and grounding: breathing and earthing exercises that reconnect you with the energy of the earth, the forest, and the flowing water approx. 20 minutes
– Individual energy harmonization: while sitting comfortably, you will receive an energy balancing treatment (based on the principles of Reiki and other carefully selected practices). Each participant is guided through an inner journey of release and restored harmony approx. 45 minutes
You will conclude the experience with a small gratitude ritual before making your way back (towards San Vigilio, Città Alta, or down to Città Bassa / the Greenway), feeling lighter and re-energized.

MEETING POINT:
The meeting takes place directly at the rest area of the Sentiero dei Vasi.
By booking the experience, you will receive precise directions on how to reach it on foot (including map and instructions).
CLOTHING:
Comfortable sportswear, closed-toe sneakers, a water bottle, and a blanket or yoga mat.
DURATION:
The experience lasts approximately 3 hours, including the self-guided walk to and from the site and the practice at the rest area. The trail is accessible only on foot.

DAILY PROGRAM:
Mindful walk to reach the Sentiero dei Vasi, paying attention to the natural elements encountered along the way.

Individual energy harmonization (45-60 minutes): each participant receives an energy harmonization treatment while sitting or lying on a mat, immersed in the sounds of the forest and flowing water.
