The workshop is designed as a journey of personal growth that uses theater to foster understanding of others and to build an intimate connection between the participants’ inner worlds. Through group dynamics and ritual, the experience aims to reintegrate the individual into a community, valuing each person’s differences as a shared resource.
The activity focuses on building relationships that allow participants to step outside their usual comfort zone, offering a safe space where they can let go of inhibitions and fears. Through the use of roles and characters, participants can experiment with new identities, fostering balance in interpersonal relationships and a better understanding of their own needs. The use of improvisation also helps stimulate the imagination and develop new ways of perceiving reality.
