This workshop is designed as a space for in-depth exploration of how the voice works and for discovering its expressive potential. The program combines technique, listening, and experimentation to foster more authentic communication, focusing on the relationship between the body, breath, and emotions.
Through individual and group exercises, the program covers breathing, sound production, vocal support, resonance, timbre, articulation, and diction. It will also address the effective use of the speaking voice and vocal hygiene practices to prevent vocal fatigue.
Course Content
The skills acquired will be applied to expressive reading, theatrical texts, spoken communication, and singing. The program is inspired by the principles of the “Know Your True Voice” method, developed by Laura Pesenti, which integrates vocal technique and stage presence.

The workshop is led by Laura Pesenti, a vocal coach and instructor specializing in Estill Voice Training, who has worked at the University of Bergamo and collaborated with theater companies such as “Le Acce Compagnia Teatrale.” The workshop is designed for actors, singers, and anyone who wants to improve their use of their voice.
