The play, written by Dario Levantino and starring Gianfelice Facchetti, weaves historical memory with elements of folklore. The plot follows Paolo Borsellino in an otherworldly setting, where he is tasked with tending to the souls of those with unresolved issues on Earth. The narrative focuses on the soul of Giuseppe Di Matteo, the child who was kidnapped and killed by the Mafia in January 1996.

The story imagines a meeting between the judge and the boy, structured as a journey through the clouds filled with emotions and adventures. Together, they seek a sense of peace that will help Giuseppe come to terms with what he has endured, and a way to make sense of the violence.

The play, which is also suitable for young audiences, examines the years of the fight against the Mafia and the inner workings of Cosa Nostra, striking a balance between social activism and a message of hope.
