Quarenghi Home 1 is a carefully renovated typical railing house in the Borgo Storico of San Leonardo in the Lower Town, for living in true Italian style. Four adults or a family with children can reside comfortably, using the double bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room. A camp bed for small children is available upon request. The house is fully equipped even for long stays, with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, wifi and fast internet, bath and bed linen,iron.
Close to station and airport, historic center and Città Alta are within walking distance. Lombard lakes, mountains and cities of art: Como,Verona,Venice are a stone’s throw away. Milan its stores, works of art, is easily reached by train in 45 minutes.
Guests may use all parts of the house except some private containers. The common outdoor parts, are usable in sharing with other inhabitants of the condominium for passage but smoking is also prohibited by condominium rules in the courtyard and terrace. There is nothing to prohibit standing facing the terrace to get cool if you are not shouting or bothering the other inhabitants of the building.

It is very easy to reach Quarenghi Home, by car from the highway exit in a few minutes you arrive at your destination. Even if you travel by train or plane, on foot you can reach the house along Viale Papa Giovanni turning right when you arrive in Largo Porta Nuova where there is the CENTRO bus stop that comes from the airport, walk on via Zambonate until when on your left you meet Via Giacomo Quarenghi. Number 17 is a large gray door which is located before the traffic lights.
The stay in Bergamo requires a tourist tax calculated on 6% of the cost of the overnight stay, with a maximum limit of €4 per person per night. Children under 18 years of age are exempt and the tax applies only for the first 5 nights of consecutive nights.
For those who move with their own cars, the house is very close to the highway exit. FREE PARKING on all streets from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., report your license plate before your arrival to get PERMIT to drive in the nighttime ZTL leading to the house. There are long-term covered parking lots for a fee. BIKERS in Bergamo it is easy to rent bicycles and electric bikes to get around on the bike paths and explore the green areas of the city or its valleys. The house has storage for parking them.
MOTORBIKERS the house has a garage for secure motorcycle parking.
Wifi covers the whole apartment the internet connection uses fiber.
Welcome. Free up to 8 years old max 2 children. There are books, some games for all ages. The house is suitable for infants, crib and high chair on request.
Animals are welcome, but always communicate their presence. Of course, rules of hygiene and good neighborliness should be respected, because not everyone is an animal lover! They must be kept on a leash or under control in the common areas, and they cannot soil in the yard or on the terrace. But if you love animals and travel often with them, you already know everything!
