Laurentiu A. Craioveanu’s exhibition “Progetti e immagini” explores the space where design, genesis, theory, and visual intuition converge in an open-ended process. The studio space takes the form of an ecosystem where the work-in-progress is made visible, revealing the creative act in its experimental and process-oriented dimension.
Many of the installations and sculptures on display are the result of explorations of materials, form, and space. The work becomes a study of the self and the world, a meeting place between introjections and projections. In this context, the work takes shape through the accumulation of thoughts and information until it reaches a stable form. The installation, titled “forest of tables,” uses materials such as wood and stone to bring out the essence of the material and its origins.
The Artist
Laurentiu Adrian Craioveanu was born in Dragasani, Romania, in 1987. After studying art in Timisoara, he moved to Italy in 2005, where he earned his diploma from the C.
