The event is part of the fourth edition of the “Audizioni d’Organo” festival and features organist Andrea Malzahn. The program offers a journey through various eras of sacred and concert music, featuring works by renowned composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Joseph Rheinberger, Franz Liszt, Theodore Salomé, and Maurice Duruflé.

Andrea Malzahn was born in Budapest, Hungary, and began playing the piano at the age of seven. She studied organ at the “Bartók Béla Zeneművészeti Szakközépiskola” in Budapest with Endre Virágh and later at the “Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt” in Weimar with Matthias Dreißig, earning her “A Examen” diploma as a church musician. She also took courses with Michael Schneider and Ludger Lohmann. She is currently the titular organist at the “Michaeliskirche” in Erfurt and at the “Sauer-Walcker” organ (1925) of the “Heiligkreuzkirche” in Vieselbach. As a concert performer, she has given recitals in Austria, France, Lithuania, Hungary, Sweden, England, and Switzerland.
