Every Saturday at 5:00 p.m., the Pagus Farm Brewery in Darfo Boario Terme offers you the opportunity to take part in a tasting experience, during which you will receive explanations and interesting facts about the world of beer. You will then take part in a sensory workshop focused on the raw materials used in beer production.
Pagus Farm, in fact, owns farmland dedicated to the cultivation of barley, wheat, black spiny corn, and hops: here, zero-kilometer production, product traceability, and sustainability are the guiding principles.
Finally, you will taste three Pagus beers paired with typical local products.
You will also have the opportunity to purchase the brewerys craft beers at the Pagus Area shop in Darfo Boario Terme.
