It is a journey that combines the pleasure of wine with the exploration of the local cuisine and culture.
A shuttle will pick you up in the center of Bergamo and take you to Borgo Capietaglio in Pontida, where, walking among the vineyards and production areas, you will learn about the different stages of the vines life cycle: from the first buds to the ripe clusters ready for harvest. You will discover what makes these vineyards unique and the distinctive aspects of winemaking, understanding wine as a true expression of the terroir, care, and passion.
The visit concludes with a tasting menu carefully paired with the winery’s wines, where each course highlights local ingredients and seasonal produce, creating an authentic dialogue between cuisine and wine.
