Founded in 2015 with the production of **Casoncello di Valpiana** according to local tradition, over the years the ravioli workshop has developed a process of experimentation and product research that has led to a varied and diverse offering across its current four ranges. A preference for outstanding local ingredients and careful artisanal production are the common threads running through the entire range.
The Con Cuore selection is divided into four product lines, all made by hand according to tradition and, for the most part, using local raw materials such as cheeses.
