Two mornings to step into the world of Gaetano Donizetti through theater, music, and imagination. “Breakfast with Gaetano” invites girls, boys, and families to experience the Donizetti Theater in a curious and interactive way: explore its spaces, play with music, make up stories, and get hands-on. And, of course, we’ll also enjoy breakfast together.
This event is for families with children ages 6 and up.
Featuring soprano Mariagrazia Mercaldo and in collaboration with the Dalmine Foundation, Donizetti’s music becomes a game to listen to, invent, and sing along to.
We start with Gaetano’s notes to create a very special choir: one made up not only of voices, but also of sound-making objects. Thanks to the Playtron, everyday objects can become musical instruments and, together with the voices, transform into a small orchestra just waiting to be discovered. Amid sounds, unexpected combinations, and a few surprises, each participant will be able to help create their own music.
