Pro Loco Almenno is organizing—“Almenno di Vino,” four evenings dedicated to wine tasting, history, and culture—in collaboration with Le Vagabonde and with the support of the City of Almenno San Salvatore and the Municipality of Almenno San Bartolomeo. The events (October 14 and 21, November 11 and 18) will take place at the Sala delle Associazioni on Via Zuccala from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Each evening features wine pairings from a winery based or producing wine in Almenno, along with cheese and food tastings.
The series begins on Wednesday, October 14, with Cantina Ca’ Verde; continues on Wednesday, October 21, with Lurani Cernuschi; moves on to Cascinetto d’Agro on Wednesday, November 11; and concludes on Wednesday, November 18, with Cantina Val San Martino.
The first and third evenings will feature cheeses from Casera Monaci, while the second and fourth will be hosted by Ristorante Pizzeria Fia.
Participation requires mandatory registration, and the cost to attend all four tasting evenings is 80 euros, while a single evening costs 30 euros.
