Discover Val Brembana by bike – half day

Experience a half-day bike tour through the mountains of the Val Brembana, surrounded by unique landscapes and unforgettable scenery. The route is chosen together with the guide, based on your preferences, skill level, and current weather conditions.

If you’re looking for a relaxing experience, you can start from the city of Bergamo and follow the entire Val Brembana cycle path, passing through historic tunnels until you reach Piazza Brembana, in the heart of the upper valley. If, instead, you seek thrills and adventure, you can venture to higher altitudes, tackling alpine passes and reaching mountain huts and lakes. Along the way, you’ll discover local stories, legends, and traditions, as well as the work of the people, immersing yourself in the culture and charm of the region.

During the cold season, the experience focuses on lower and mid-mountain routes, such as the Costa del Palio and Tre Faggi tour, the Sussia Plateau, or the Anello del Gioco. In the warm season, you can tackle more challenging and spectacular routes such as Passo San Marco and Valmoresca, Piani dell’Avaro, Passo Dordona, Val Carisole, Val Terzera, up to Rifugi Calvi and Longo.

Once you have purchased the experience, you can choose the itinerary together with your guide, taking into account your abilities, weather conditions, and trail status, with the aim of ensuring safety, quality, and the full enjoyment of the experience.

IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER
If weather conditions compromise the safety of the tour, the Guide will make the final decision regarding the activity. In case of cancellation due to bad weather, the tour can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge at the clients discretion.

BOOKING
By making a booking, you purchase a voucher valid for 12 months, which can also be given as a gift. You can then contact the provider to choose the date (contacts are provided in the order confirmation you will receive).

MEETING TIME AND PLACE
The meeting point shown on the map is indicative only. The exact meeting place and time must be agreed upon with the Guide based on the chosen tour.
The half-day bike tour lasts approximately 34 hours.

PRICE
Prices vary depending on the number of participants:
1 person: 70 euros
2 people: 60 euros per person
3 people: 50 euros per person
4 people: 40 euros per person
5 people: 35 euros per person
6 people: 35 euros per person

CLOTHING
For cycle-tourism tours, comfortable and sporty clothing suitable for the season is recommended, along with closed shoes and, if possible, padded shorts for longer tours.
For bike-hiking tours in mountainous areas, in addition to season-appropriate clothing, trekking shoes, gloves, glasses, a backpack with spare clothes, water, and snacks are required; depending on the chosen tour, knee and/or elbow protection may also be recommended.

OTHER INFORMATION
Participation in the experience is subject to the client signing an “Informed Consent Form,” which the Guide will make available for review before the experience.

The tour can be customized according to the clients needs, preferences, experience, and technical skills. Extra services can be included (at the clients additional cost), such as tastings of local products, guided visits to sites of historical, artistic, or cultural interest, and transfers to/from stations or airports, all to be agreed upon in advance with the Guide, who will find the best solution for the client.
