A shuttle will pick you up in Bergamo city center and take you to Borgo Capietaglio, where, strolling through the vineyards and production areas, you will learn about the different stages of the vines life cycle: from the first buds to the ripe grape clusters ready for harvest. You will discover what makes these vineyards unique and the distinctive aspects of winemaking, understanding wine as a true expression of terroir, care, and passion.
The visit concludes with a tasting menu thoughtfully paired with the winerys wines, where each course highlights local ingredients and seasonal produce, creating an authentic dialogue between food and wine.
