The play, produced by the Teatro del Corvo theater company and starring Damiano Giambelli and Cristina Discacciati, tells the story of Aunt Egeria. The protagonist owns a wardrobe with an unusual shape and has a particular passion for collecting socks of all kinds, from the most colorful to mismatched pairs.
Auntie’s closet becomes a puppet theater where, as the doors and drawers open, characters made from stockings and socks—including gnomes and ducks—come to life. The performance features a series of short animated stories.
