The Sanctuary of the Madonna dell’Olmo is a medieval complex located in the municipality of Verdellino, in the province of Bergamo. The structure preserves architectural and artistic elements dating back to the 11th century, bearing witness to an important tradition of devotion that spans the centuries.

The proposed tour explores the history of the site and its iconographic elements, analyzing the events surrounding Margaret of Antioch and the depictions of the Passion of Christ through the fresco cycles adorning the church’s walls.
