How do you find happiness?
From 2021 to the present, more than three million people in Italy have decided to leave their old lives behind to start a new one—as if, all of a sudden, everyone living in Rome, Paris, or Berlin decided to change jobs in order to live better and feel good.
“Ora Felice” is a product of our times—of the need to rediscover ourselves and to find new meaning in a world that increasingly baffles us.
The guests are seated at the tables: it’s the opening night of a venue that represents an adventure into the world of wine for two women who left everything behind, walking away from their former lives. Joining them is DJ Bacco, brought in to liven up the evening—is he a demon capable of guiding our lives through intoxication and music, or just an old musician friend? Everything is ready; the wine is about to be served, but something from the two women’s past resurfaces to disrupt this life adventure. The pace is relentless, the story intoxicating—misunderstandings, plot twists—all washed down with wine, which is the undisputed star of this play.
