Arthur Miller’s play, written in 1947 and set in postwar America, is part of the Crystal’s 24th theater season. The cast includes Elio De Capitani, Cristina Crippa, Angelo Di Genio, and Caterina Erba, and the play is directed by Elio De Capitani.
The plot centers on the Keller family, who live in a middle-class home. Joe and his wife Kate have two sons who have gone off to war: the eldest, Larry, has been missing in action for three years, and his mother refuses to accept that he is dead, while the younger son, Chris, has returned home scarred by his wartime experiences but determined to build a future with Ann, his brother’s ex-girlfriend.
Although Joe was acquitted of the charge of selling defective parts to the U.S. Air Force—an incident that led to the deaths of 21 pilots—the consequences of his actions and the lies of his past resurface. The drama explores the conflict between parents and children and the moral dilemma individuals face when confronted with social responsibility.

How to Access
Advance tickets will be available starting October 29, 2026, through the online ticket office on the Crystal Theater website or at the theater box office one hour before the show begins. Tickets can also be purchased during the week of the event, on Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
