All year round, depending on weather conditions.
In case of a no show, 100% of the amount will be retained.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled experience date.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.
On the day before the flight, the instructor will contact participants to confirm or cancel the activity based on weather conditions.
If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather, the customer may reschedule for another date agreed upon with the organization.
If rescheduling is not possible, the full amount will be refunded.

By booking, you will purchase a voucher valid for 12 months, which can also be given as a gift. You can then contact Air Emotions to choose your preferred date (you will find the contact details in the order confirmation you receive).

ON THE DAY OF THE FLIGHT:
Starting from the agreed meeting point, you will head up to the take-off area with your instructor.
The ride takes about 30 minutes along a mountain road.
You can reach the take-off site with your own car or use the shuttle service, available for 30.
Once there, you will get ready for the flight and, after take-off, you will return to the meeting point by flying!
DURATION:
The entire experience lasts approximately 90 minutes, including 10-20 minutes of actual flight time.
REQUIREMENTS:
The only requirement is being able to run about 30 meters during take-off.
Please inform us in advance if your weight exceeds 80 kg (176 lbs).
CLOTHING:
We recommend sports or hiking shoes, a windproof jacket, and sunglasses to fully enjoy the breathtaking view from above.
