While changing the space from a workshop to a space in which to live and work, an attempt was made to preserve the original industrial structure. The considerable height of the ceiling (about 4 metres) and the ceiling with wooden beams remain. The characteristic open space avoids the creation of dividing walls, replaced by suitable curtains that if necessary offer intimacy for the 3 sleeping areas. In the loft there are 2 bathrooms, both with spacious showers. The kitchen area is equipped with an induction plate, dishwasher and washing machine. In the 3 sleeping areas, the 3 double beds and 2 single beds, particularly elegant and comfortable, are the perfect place for travellers to rest, also considering the very quiet position both during the day and at night. Located on the ground floor of a three-storey building, it offers extremely easy private pedestrian access. The presence of a garage directly connected to the loft, (remembering that the entire historic centre of Upper Bergamo is closed to cars), will make the stay very comfortable for those arriving by car, being able to have the car directly inside the property.

The living space, very quiet both day and night, is located a few hundred metres from the magnificent monumental city cemetery, with ample possibility of free parking. It is very close to local bus stops, that in a very short time lead to the train and bus station, the airport, the theatre, the city hospitals, the centre of both the modern and the old city. Both parts of the city are also reachable on foot in about 20 minutes through historic neighbourhoods and in 30 minutes through scenic routes over the lower city, respectively. (The Walls, UNESCO world heritage) In the area there are numerous restaurants, cafes, all kinds of shops and supermarkets.
