The event is sponsored by the Province of Bergamo and the municipalities of Gorno, Oneta, and PromoSerio. The 22-kilometer course, with 1,000 meters of elevation gain, starts and finishes on Via S. Antonio in the hamlet of Villassio. The route passes through the Polveriera delle Miniere and the Fattoria Ariete, an educational center where visitors can see various animals, including goats, sheep, donkeys, peacocks, geese, rabbits, and piglets. A 700-meter section runs through the mines, with a 50-meter elevation gain. For safety reasons, the rules require the use of a protective helmet, which will be left at the mine exit.      <\/p>\n<h3>Program of the day<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>From 8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.: Pick up race bibs at the festival area on Via S. Antonio <\/li>\n<li>9:30 a.m.: Athletes set off from Via S. Antonio, in the hamlet of Villassio <\/li>\n<li>11:40 a.m.: Arrival of the first athletes<\/li>\n<li>1:00 p.m.: Awards ceremony at the festival area on Via S.
