\u201cAscoltarsi in natura\u201d (Listening to Yourself in Nature), an experience designed to let you enjoy a morning of wellness, slow down, and rediscover your own rhythm through contact with the natural environment.<\/p>\n<p>This event is part of the \u201cMonte Farno da vivere\u201d project, which offers a variety of experiences designed to help participants discover the mountain through activities focused on wellness, nature, and the local area; these events will take place on multiple dates through December.<\/p>\n<h3>The Morning Schedule<\/h3>\n<p>The meeting point is at the Monte Farno Infopoint.
