The performance features a large calendar with boxes of various sizes, behind which stories, puppets, games, and sweets are hidden. <\/p>\n<p>The performance involves the gradual unveiling of the numbers one through twenty-four, accompanied by a nursery rhyme recited by the performers using varying vocal intensities. The stories presented range from short tales to more elaborate narratives, covering themes such as snowflakes, wrapping paper, and Santa Claus, all the way to an encounter with the Balocco Ogre.
