October 2026, the introductory course \u201cPainting Plants, Flowers, and Small Animals\u201d will begin in Cazzano Sant\u2019Andrea, led by visual artist and art teacher Angela Ongaro. This course is designed for adults and teens ages 14 and older who wish to explore naturalistic watercolor painting and learn how to depict shapes, colors, and subjects inspired by nature. <\/p>\n<p>The course includes 3 introductory online lessons, available starting October 8, 2026, focused on learning about the materials and basic exercises, followed by 8 in-person lessons. The first session will be held on Thursday, October 29; classes will continue on Thursday evenings, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., at the hall in Cazzano Sant\u2019Andrea. <\/p>\n<p>Throughout the course, participants will work on observing and reproducing natural forms, managing proportions using basic shapes, and the fundamentals of chiaroscuro. The course will also explore techniques for mixing and applying color to create realistic watercolors depicting plants, flowers, and small animals in their natural habitats. <\/p>\n<p>The course is designed for a group of 6 to 12 participants.
