You will walk slowly, in silence, letting the sound of your footsteps and the birdsong become a moving meditation. Along the way, you will encounter the characteristic stone basins of the ancient aqueduct, still crossed today by streams of clear water. The atmosphere feels timeless, where nature and history gently intertwine.<\/p>\n
Once you reach the designated rest area (the exact point will be shared upon booking), you will meet Carlotta, a holistic practitioner, waiting for you. Here, immersed in the forest near a spring or a panoramic viewpoint, you will begin the practice together:<\/p>\n
– Guided meditation and grounding: breathing and earthing exercises that reconnect you with the energy of the earth, the forest, and the flowing water approx. 20 minutes<\/p>\n
– Individual energy harmonization: while sitting comfortably, you will receive an energy balancing treatment (based on the principles of Reiki and other carefully selected practices). Each participant is guided through an inner journey of release and restored harmony approx. 45 minutes<\/p>\n
