A place to go, discover, experience, stay, born with an ambitious urban regeneration project promoted by Italmobiliare Group with Fondazione Pesenti. <\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe<strong>former San Bernardino stone<\/strong> ware complex was developed in the Colognola neighborhood between the early 1900s and the mid-1970s as the site of a factory of the Austrian Stoneware Company, a major manufacturer of ceramic stoneware materials with a presence in Italy since 1887.<\/p>\n<p>The complex covers an area of about 60,000 m2, including offices, two warehouses, warehouses and a disengagement structure.
