To bring the flavours of the mountain even closer to the city, Bù Cheese Bar has a small corner where the cheese is produced. This way, every customer can see how the cheese is made.

And for those who want to take home the flavours of the milk from Bergamo’s cows, the restaurant sells desserts and yoghurts that they produce themselves.
