The Big Bench Community Project was created to promote tourism in small towns, enhancing their excellence. These giant benches, 2 metres high and 3 metres wide, are positioned in panoramic points and always freely accessible. These off-scale benches reconsider the concept of size and proportion: the change in perspective given by the unusual dimensions of the bench will make you feel as small as a child and observe the landscape with different eyes.
Between Riva di Solto and Fonteno, beautiful villages overlooking Lake Iseo, there is the Giant Green Bench.
Starting from Fonteno it is reachable by walking along the Lake Iseo nature walk, shaded and flat, completely surrounded by greenery. Located in the middle of a large sloping green meadow, the Giant Bench offers a unique and spectacular view: once you have climbed and sat, you will be able to admire Lake Iseo in all its beauty and the Corna Trentapassi.
