We have been making cheese here forever, and today it’s increasingly appreciated and known. Not only throughout Italy but also across some of the oceans.

We get the milk from 8 local farms and produce many different products. However, we always make them as they once did, leaving the hands of the cheese maker to understand what must be done to make our cheese unique.

One of our biggest successes is having obtained, a few years ago, the DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) for Strachitunt.

 

As the main producers of this incredible cheese, we feel invested with the task of preserving and protecting its originality, the genuineness of the raw materials and the production process.

This gives us a great responsibility. To carry on the dairy tradition of Val Taleggio, collecting the legacy of those who have lived and handed down the cheese for generations.
