More than one hundred grape harvests and three generations have passed since the foundation of “Cascina Francés”, where the great-grandfather Luigi devoted himself to the production of table wine. Valentino carried on a real breakthrough: using mechanical tools for grapes growing. After achieving good results with the production of Moscato di Scanzo wine, Cabernet and other table wines, the company decided to increase its offer: thanks to Giovanni’s passion for food, Luca’s willpower and the collaboration of the whole family, Agriturismo Cascina del Francés” was established on April 2016

The farmhouse’s name (whose pronunciation often raises questions and doubts) was chosen following the tradition. In fact, it is the nickname given by Rosciate community to the company’s founder, the grand-grandfather, and to the family after the years spent in Franc: the “French”, “Francés” in the local dialect.
