AGIAT - Associazione Guide Interpreti e Accompagnatori Turistici

AGIAT - Associazione Guide Interpreti e Accompagnatori Turistici

Description

AGIAT (Association of Interpreters and Tour Guides) was founded in 1993, within the Bergamo Archeological Group (founded in 1973), one of the first cultural associations in the city with an educational and cultural purpose.

We are a group of tour guides – all certified -   coming from different placed and with different formation, but we all have the love for our beautiful city and research regarding it, as a common value. We want to do everything we can to let other people become familiar with our city, its history and its traditions.

Bergamo is really a surprise for the tourists who come to visit it because of its many different aspects. We are pleased and proud to show you a city where time has stopped, where the architectural tastes and styles of the past centuries are still here today to show us a different lifestyle, less frenetic and more people-oriented.

The association offers a wide range of itineraries for adults, school groups and individuals, in Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Swedish.

Thanks to our knowledge of the territory and our long-term experience, each tour is based on the requests made by the visitors, their needs and their specific interests.

We offer general or thematic itineraries, mystery, naturalistic, archeological, religious tours  (which includes visits to places where Pope John XXIII was born and lived).

Put us to the test and allow us to help you discover this amazing city and its Province.
