Schilpario mines consist of 60 kilometres of tunnels crossing the mountains of Scalve Valley. Four of them can be visited and explored partially on foot and on board of one of the original railway wagons!
The railway system is still operating and allows you to enjoy an authentic experience, going back to a time when the local miners used to risk their lives every day right here.
After accessing the tunnels you will be given a helmet and a waterproof cape: then you will be ready for the adventure!
