It’s located next to the native house, but it embraces the whole world, indeed: the Seminary of the Pontifical Institute for Foreign Missions welcomes into its rooms the votive offerings made by pilgrims from everywhere. A life-size bronze statue of Pope John XXIII watches over them: he, who also blessed the laying of the foundation stone, inspired the institute itself.
