The family-owned historic restaurant Trattoria Dentella, in Bracca, has always wanted to be a cosy and welcoming place where every guest could feel at home while enjoying a delicious and quiet meal. The Trattoria’s pièce de résistance are some traditional dishes from Bergamo, along with other high-quality dishes prepared using Bracca black truffles and mushrooms, along with fine grilled meat like Fiorentina steak, to be tasted with one of the prestigious wines of the well-stocked cellar or with the best wines from the territory of Bergamo. The refined homemade desserts are a temptation, indeed: celery, tequila and lime parfait, peaches clafoutis, walnuts tart with berries sauce. Moreover, gluten-free dishes are available.
