Brembana Valley

Zogno welcomes its visitors by offering the greatest spectacle in existence: nature. The green of the woods, the mountains and the waters, what more could you wish for?

In this centre, imbued with history and rural culture, the sensitivity of the local population exalts all that is memory and past, tradition and roots in the territory. A visit here restructures the body and the spirit.

The San Lorenzo Museum, of the Parish of Zogno, set over 3 floors, is based on the idea of creating a collective memory of a religious nature, gathering all the devotion over the centuries of the Brembana Valley.

A real dip in the rural past of Zogno and the Brembana Valley in general can be enjoyed by visiting the Valley Museum (1979). Ethnographic and archaeological finds are collected with great care and attention, showing real fragments of local life, starting from the 3rd millennium.

The Caves of Wonder brought to light by the "grandfather of the abyss", Ermenegildo Zanchi in 1932.

The Zogno cycle path is an interesting invitation to experience the valley in every season while doing some sport. It is a long and rewarding circular route, which starts from the Zogno market area, up to the Brembana Valley. The bike path heads north crossing through the areas of Zogno, San Pellegrino Terme, San Giovanni Bianco, Camerata Cornello, Lenna and Piazza Brembana.
