The resort of Valtorta is located at the bottom of a luxuriant, vegetation-rich basin, which is surrounded by an imposing ring of mountains dominated by the Pizzo dei Tre Signori. It lies on the slopes of the mountain beneath Piani di Bobbio.
The new ski lifts in Valtorta depart from the slopes overlooking the Ceresola basin and are linked to those in Piani di Bobbio, making it the first resort in the province of Bergamo to stretch across different valleys.
With just one ski pass, it is possible to ski over this extremely vast area, on pistes of varying levels of difficulty, in an environment which, although exposed to the sun, has abundant snow cover for many months of the year. The pistes on the slopes of Piani di Ceresola, where the snow remains until late in the season, offer particularly excellent conditions.

The resort can be reached from Bergamo - San Pellegrino - Valtorta 52 km. It is 65 km from Milan, via Lecco, Valsassina, and Barzio, and from there by cable car to Piani di Bobbio. It is 50 km from Como.
