Porta Osio is a historic restaurant in Bergamo that takes its name from an ancient entrance adjacent to the restaurant, in lower Bergamo’s historic city walls. The restaurant is informal but well-kept, with 35 seats that guarantee the customer an intimate and relaxed food and wine experience.
The cuisine has traditional roots, starting from quality and always seasonal raw materials. As for the products cultivated on land, the restaurant collaborates with a network of small local producers, as well as those coming from the sea, which come from selected fishmongers that work in the Mediterranean.
The Menu
Traditional Bergamasco appetisers, first and second courses as well as refined Italian dishes with both fish and meat.
The restaurant also specialises in wine, therefore great attention is paid to the choice of wines paired with the dishes.
At lunchtime, a business lunch is offered with first and second courses of the day and some delicious regular dishes.
