Al Caminone

Located about 4km from the Presolana massif, and 45km from Bergamo airport, the restaurant "Al Caminone" is located inside the elegant Hotel Milano Alpen Resort in Castione della Presolana.

The environment is rustic with a wooden beamed ceiling but it does not lack elegance and attention to detail. The large fireplace in the room is the centrepiece and gives the environment an even warmer and more welcoming atmosphere.

Here you can taste a great variety of dishes: the cuisine is rich and delicious and the dishes mostly follow the Bergamasco tradition. Among the many specialties: the typical casoncelli alla bergamasca, ravioli filled with meat seasoned with melted butter, sage and pancetta; chestnut gnocchi with wild boar sauce and the rack of lamb with mountain herbs. And if you're vegetarian, there's no problem! The menu reserves a wide choice for you too.

A curiosity: during the summer, there is an exhibition of Alpine cuisine in which several chefs from the Alpine arc execute their preparations in the dining room. A delicious occasion, not to be missed!
