Leolandia

Leolandia

Description

Nestled in a green area and 30 minutes from Milan, Leolandia is the most popular theme park in Italy. With 8 themed areas and over 50 attractions for all ages, Leolandia is a fantasy world that does exist, the perfect place for families to enjoy a fun day out.

Little ones can meet PJ Masks heroes in person in PJ Masks City, help their favourite superheroes with a special mission in the Museum and fly the Owl Glider. They can also explore Masha and the Bear’s Woodland, play in the most iconic locations of the animated series and ride Vroom, the first roller coaster specially designed for children. They can enjoy the exclusive mini-live show with Bing and Flop, the highly popular characters of the multi-award winning TV series, have fun with the characters from the world’s successful animated series, Miraculous™, tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir, and ride around the park on Thomas the Tank Engine with its shimmering blue carriages.

What’s more, the Park offers brand-new shows with international dancers and acrobats, amazing street entertainment, amusement rides, playgrounds and water attractions for a refreshing dip on warm, summer days. Adventure seekers can opt for visiting the Farm and historic Minitalia, a tour among 160 exact scale replicas of some of the monuments in Italy.

Visiting the park is now more enjoyable thanks to exclusive experiences, such as the souvenir photo with Masha and the Bear taken opposite Bear’s House.

To make the day out even more special, the Park offers the chance to buy the LeoPass, which limits ride waiting times, and LeoVip ticket to enjoy the Park with a member of the LeoStaff.

On his way back from Madurodam, after visiting the miniature replica of Holland, the entrepreneur Giulio Pendezzini, from Capriate San Gervasio, decided to build a similar place in Italy.

The theme park “Minitalia” inaugurated in 1971 and underwent several improvements and enlargements in the following years up to 2008: with the new administration, the parks also changed its name and became “Leolandia”.

Since 2015 Leolandia has been the second most loved amusement park in Italy, according to Tripadvisor’s chart!
