Established in 2011 by Roberto and Alessandro, brothers, owners, partners, one chef and the other host, La Tana restaurant has a short history, yet nourished with the traditional welcoming and gastronomic vocation.
The classic dishes of local tradition, such as casoncelli, scarpinocc, stewed meats served with Bergamo’s polenta, prepared with love by the fantastic chef Roberto, come side by side with other kinds of dishes and by the live-grilled meat, prepared right in front of you inside the fireplace of the main hall.
