Owner Riccardo Schiavi is very attentive to food and the choice of raw materials used in production, and this continuous research has led him to again receive the prestigious Gambero Rosso award as one of the 30 “Best Bars in Italy” for 2018. But it’s not only the ingredients that Riccardo renders so important, but the customers, making sure each one feels at home, guaranteeing them unique high-quality products.
