Baita dei saperi e dei sapori

Baita dei saperi e dei sapori

Description

It is a place where history and tradition come together to let everyone enjoy the best cheese from Bergamo Orobie mountains and the local products.
Here you can find a selection of the pest gastronomic products: cheese, cold cuts, jams, cornflour, craft beers and so much more.

It is a real flavour workshop, where it is possible to taste the best local products from Brembana Valley, reinterpreted with a touch of modernity: PDO cheese from the Orobie Mountains, the delicious products of Latteria Branzi Dairy, cold cuts, jams, polenta, selected wines and craft beers from the valley.

Every animal used to produce cheese and dairy products was bred in the wild, respecting their well-being: from Bruna Alpina cow to the “Capra Orobica” goat, from Bergamo sheep to donkeys.

On the other side, every fruit, vegetable and flower you can taste in the Baita’s dishes come from our mountain garden.

You can make this “flavour full-immersion” every day, except on Wednesday, from 9 a.m. to 7.30 p.m., on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays and eves until 10.30 p.m.
