Extra virgin olive oil D.O.P. Laghi lombardi - Sebino
salva cremasco D.O.P.

Description

A simple and yummy dish that’s just perfect for a nice summer dinner with friends: set the table outside with a colourful tablecloth, put some good white wine in the fridge, light up some scented candles and enjoy the evening!


Drain the peppers and squeeze them a little, cut them into strips or round slices. Season with grated Grana cheese or taleggio or diced salva and olive oil.

This is a traditional dish that was served throughout the meal; it was placed on the table at the beginning of lunch or dinner and was withdrawn when it was time for fruit or dessert.
