FROSIO

FROSIO

Description

An amazing XVIII Century dwelling (belonging to the Blondel family) hosts both ancient architectural features and modern interiors, creating an extremely welcoming environment, elegant and cosy: each of the four dining rooms are enlightened by an old fireplace, while a beautiful and shady garden is the perfect place to enjoy and outdoor meal in summer. The XIII Century tower, severe and elegant, hosts a very well-stocked wine cellar.

The restaurant’s staff is managed by Paolo and Camillo, the former in charge of the kitchen, the latter of the dining room, along with their wives.

Paolo and Camillo Frosio, the “enfant prodige” of Bergamo restoration, achieved the Michelin Star in 1994: since then, they never lost it.
