From June 19 to 21, Bergamo and its Valle Seriana switch on the engine: Rovetta hosts the 42nd edition of the Valli Bergamasche, the only Italian historic Enduro competition valid as the sixth round of the world championship of specialty. The Motor Party will also be back in June to Clusone to inflame the streets of Valle Seriana.
What is enduro? Dirt roads, endurance, adrenaline. This off-road motorcycle race has a long tradition in Bergamo, which gave story some of the greatest champions of this discipline: Alessandro Gritti and Giovanni Sala.
The first edition of the Valli Bergamasche was held in Bergamo in 1948 and it is a true myth for fans and a celebration of the local passion for the sport. This year's race is the sixth round of a world championship involving 150 athletes from over 15 countries and thousands of spectators. Rovetta, mountain resort of high Valle Seriana, is home of Italian Enduro and awaits all the fans and the curious with a path of over 100km, divided into three stages, which will wind through the mountains, and promises to give a lot of entertainment.
If you love the smell of mufflers and the noise of ragged toothed wheels slipping on the mud, Bergamo has the right event for you: the Motor Party, one of the unmissable events for off-road enthusiasts.
Clusone, chief town of Valle Seriana, will host the three-day motorcycle, quad and 4x4 event. From June 19, the streets, but above all the dirt roads of the picturesque Val Seriana will come to life thanks to incredible performances and freestyle competitions of all kinds, accompanied by good food, fireworks show, DJ sets and many other special effects, up to June 21, when there will be the final trial of the "Valli Bergamasche”.
Three days of great champions to keep you in suspense thanks to shows, contests and competitions. Even this year, some famous icons of off-road competition will appear in the list of special guests: Vanni Oddera, Alexey Koleskinov, Matthew Phillips, Christophe Nambotin, Alex Salvini and the legend Gio Sala, joined by the comedian Omar Fantini and speakers Gros Grossetti, Fabio Momina and DJ Max.
